A unique training for youth & parents starts now: when we are together, we have deeper and lasting learning.

 

 

Program

This is the first part of a training to develop your potential specially for teenagers (10 to 18 years old) and parents together we will offer further levels in the future to assure a complete training and stable growth.

  • Learn how to use your memory in a brand new way.
  • Remember information in a fast and easy way
  • Carry out fun experiments to discover the potential of your mind.

This special training where the whole family learn together aims to create a more harmonious learning process, where we all support each other, and learn from each other.

 

Teachers

Teacher Gao Yaqun is one of the founders of Xi’an Lintong Scientific Research Center, and today she is the Head of the Youth Health and Intelligence Scientific Research Department in Xi’an Center. Teacher Gao is specialised in developing the intelligence and improving the health in the youth, with 17 years of experience holding trainings for both young and adults all over China. She practices Zhineng since she was 11 years old. She graduated in the two years Teacher Training in Huaxia Center, and since then she has dedicated herself to teach Zhineng. She is also a Psicologist.

A group of teachers will support the development of the classes and all the activities during the retreat, for both parents and children. This team is composed by teacher Yuan Ming, teacher Zhu Wanfeng, teacher Zhang Guanghao and teacher Rocío Sintas.

 

Schedule

  • August 15th: the retreat starts at 18:30.
  • August 16 to 20th: 5 days class.
  • August 21st and 22th: Free days (with optional trip).
  • August 23-27th: 5 days class.
  • August 29th: the retreat finishes at 11:15 am.

 

Arrival and Departure

You can arrive on August 14 or 15th, and leave on August 28 or 29th.

Location

Hainan island is located in the South of China. Some people call it the “China’s Hawaii”. It is a tropical island, with warm temperature and amazing forests, rivers, lakes and beautiful beaches, an ideal environment for families to enjoy. We will have the opportunity to travel around the island in the two free days that we will have during the retreat. We will have the best time together!

The retreat will take place at Hexianju Qigong Center, situated in a special and peaceful location. The training room is large and light, with nice view of a lake on a palm tree forest. In the morning we can enjoy practicing on the roof watching the sunrise. The beach is just 15 minutes walk. The meals are cooked with love, and served everyday fresh. We will have special menu for children, vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

 

Cost

The cost of the retreat is 7.450 RMB per person all included (tuition, food and room) in a shared room with private toilet. All the rooms are double, and we have some triple rooms too.

FAQ

From your country, fly directly to Haikou airport (HAK) or get there via Hong Kong. Hainan Island do so in order to avoid applying for a visa.

From Haikou to the Center, you can come by taxi. Aproximated time is 1 hour 30 minutes (100 km), and cost 250 RMB. We will send you the address of the Center in Chinese so you can show to any official taxi at the airport. It is a very well organized service, and safe.

You can also fly to Sanya airport (SYX), located in the south of the island. It is a bit more distant from the Center, 1 hour and 30 minutes by fast train.

Hainan Island offers a 30 day visa-free for visitors from 59 countries. You only need to provide your accommodation details when you pass immigration at the airport. For obtaining the visa-free you need to fly to Haikou via Hong Kong or directly to Haikou from Europe or some Asia countries like Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, etc. This means you can't have a connection flight first to some city in China mainland and then fly to Hainan if you want to benefit from this visa-free, so please remember this when purchasing your ticket! This is the easiest option and the one we recommend.

The 59 countries that can enjoy visa-free access to Hainan include: Russia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Norway, Ukraine, Italy, Austria, Finland, Netherlands, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania, United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, Monaco, Belarus, UAE and Qatar.

The training will take place at Hexianju Qigong Center, situated near Wenchang city, 100 km away from Haikou. The Center is in a special and peaceful location. The training room is large and light, with nice view of a lake on a palm tree forest. In the morning we can enjoy practicing on the roof watching the sunrise. The beach is just 20 minutes walk, or 10 minutes by bike.

All the payments will be made at arrival, in cash, and in RMB. This includes: training, accommodation, and food.

We recommend you bring your exchanged money from your country. If you need to exchange money in China, you can do that at the airport, in any major city, or in our nearby village. Same applies for withdrawing cash from ATM.

We will have 3 meals, on a buffet basis. The meals are cooked with love, and served everyday fresh. The fruits in Hainan are delicious! We will have special menu for children, vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

The weather in Hainan in summer will be between 25 and 30º C, and sometimes rainy.

Only the yellow fever vaccine is mandatory for China if coming from infected countries. The rest of the vaccines are optional and they are recommended to any country (tetanus, triple viral, and Hepatitis A).

In summer time, there are frequent mosquitoes in this area, so we recomed you bring some mosquito net and repellent to prevent from them.

There's wifi at the center

You don't need to bring special adapter as the ones in site are all in one adapters suitable for all.

The Center counts with service for washing cloths. You can give your cloths to the house keeper and he will take care of them, or you can choose to wash them yourself if you prefer.

You can find many items in the nearby village (1 minute walk): shampoo, soap, snacks, fruits, vegetables, etc. For more specific items you can travel to Dong Jian by bus or by bike (20 minutes).

Hainan offers lots of touristic opportunities like beaches, mountains, cultural villages, and so on. If you plan to come earlier or leave later, please, have a look on the following website to get some ideas on where to go:
